Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your Order ID so we can assist you before the order is dispatched.
